Most companies charge a call out fee and then an hourly rate for photocopier repairs - this means that you will not know how much the final charge will be until the engineer has finished repairing your copier!!
With us you will know how much the photocopier repair will cost as soon as you place the call. The only extra charge will be for spare parts if they are needed, and the engineer will let you know how much any parts will cost BEFORE he fits them. The decision to fit any parts is entirely yours. We have a NO FIX NO FEE policy so that on the rare occasion that we are unable to complete the repair there will be no charge (this does not apply if parts are required and you choose not to have the repairs done).
Our engineers are all fully trained and experienced, and all repairs are guaranteed.
